A Note from Joe

Welcome. You've come to the right place.

You've come to the right place if you believe that animals can talk and people can fly. You've
come to the right place if you believe that there is magic all around us.

You've come to the right place if you believe that there is nothing more important than caring
for a child; and nothing more wonderful (and heartbreaking) than watching her grow to become
a wonderful adult who flies off into the world on her own.

If you believe that the child in us never dies, and that we always have something valuable to
offer our fellow human beings, no matter what our age, then you have come to the right place.

I firmly believe in the undying strength and glory of the human spirit, that hope is eternal, and
that love surrounds us all. I believe that this wonderful, messy, wacky, tough thing that we call
"life" should be celebrated to its fullest, and that friends should be embraced with every ounce
of strength that you've got.

I believe that we owe it to those who follow us on this journey, to teach, to impart wisdom, to
instill respect for others, and to share love.

Teach your children well. Live. Laugh. Love. You have come to the right place.

I hope you enjoy my pages, and get a little flavor of what I like to do and what I am about.
Writing, creating, sharing, and serving are not just hobbies of mine. They are passions. They
must be done or I cannot exist.

And for those of you visiting for the first time, be warned. This may be the last time I am
serious...or not.
